	Three main members of the band were part of a locally well known band called Dogma, who played Doom Metal. A change in the music composed and played was felt necessary for deeper and stronger expression, and hence the birth of Cimmerian Path. Elias has taken up classical piano for several years, as well as electlic bass and electric guitars. Carlos has also taken up several years of classical piano and percussion. Sako has taken up a couple of years of classical piano and is a well experienced synthesiser player. Hamid is a well experienced guitarist, and Nassim a suitable front-man for such a band, as well as an experienced vocalist and imaginative creator.
